Requirements

Physical passport with minimum validity of 6 months and (01) a copy of the second passport sheet (where the photo and personal data appear).
- Copy of identity card.
- Two (2) photos 2x2 size with white background (in physical form).
- Letter of work specifying salary, your current position and the time working in the company
- Certificate of good conduct (issued at the Attorney General's Office).
- Bank letter or financial movements of your account for the last three months.
- Original letter of invitation, must have signature, fingerprint and copy of the DNI of the person inviting.
- If you do NOT have a letter of invitation, make a letter detailing the reason for travel with the applicant's signature.
- Round trip itinerary ( ONLY A RESERVATION IS REQUIRED).
- Letter of invitation of the Peruvian company.
- Letter of introduction of the Dominican company.

Observations
- The form will be delivered in the Embassy to be completed to the moment to request the visa.
- We do not give appointments.
- Period of evaluation from 5 to 7 working days.
- Schedule of attention: Monday - Friday from 9:00 (21 shifts per day), only in the mornings.
