Foreign nationals wishing to visit Peru anq
require a visa, according to their country of origin, may apply for a Tourist visa if they have recreational or similar purposes. This migratory status does not admit the purpose of immigration, permanent residence or development of remunerated activities. AII applications for a visa are strictly personal. Visa brokers/facilitators will not be entertained.
Requirements
- Fill out the form provided by the Peruvian consulate. (DGC 005)
- Personal interview by the Peruvian consulate officer.
- Present a valid Passport with at least 6 months remaining until the expiration date.
- Proof of Legal status in the United States. Work Permit (green card) ar American visa (Student, Work visa . This Oocument must be valid with at least six months remaining until the expiration date. Tourist American visa is not accepted.
- Round Trip ticket to Peru (ticket, electronic ticket or reservation).
- Hotel booking; or tour package booking; or invitation letter legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.
- Two (2) passport size color photographs.
- Show financia! solvency: Copies of 3 last months of the bank statements.
- Copy of State ID or Driver's License.
- Letter of presentation of the School (for students) or workplace (for workers).
- Payment of the corresponding consular fee.

Observations
- The submission of the visa application and supporting documents does not guarantee automatic issuance of a visa. Each application is assessed individually by the Peruvian Consul.
- During the proceedings of the application, it may be required the submission of additional requirements.
