The Embassy of Peru in El Salvador has the honour to inform that, according to SUPREME DECREE Nº 028-2023-RE, in force since November 28, 2023, the Government of the Republic of Peru exempts the temporary visa requirement, in Migrational quality: Tourist, for entry into Peruvian territory, to nationals of the Republic of El Salvador, holders of valid and current ordinary passports, for a maximum period of stay in Peru of up to one hundred and eighty-three (183) calendar days, either as a continuous visit or consecutive visits, during a period of up to one year.

Likewise, according to Note DAJ/PA/N° 1054-2023, the Government of the Republic of El Salvador communicates the exoneration of the tourist visa requirement for nationals of the Republic of Peru for entry into El Salvador, in force since December 13, 2023
