Supreme Decrees Nº 069-2016-RE and Nº 006-2017-RE establish the exoneration of the requirement of temporary visa in the migratory qualities of tourist and business for entry to Peru, to the nationals of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of India, holders of valid and ordinary passports, provided that they meet at least one of the following conditions:

(a) Be holder of a valid visa for at least six (6) months to the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia or a State belonging to the Schengen Area.

b) Have a permanent residence in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia or in a State belonging to the Schengen Area.
