Issuance of Tourist Visa

  1. Request addressed to the Consul General of Peru in Iquique, indicating:
    1. Personal data of the applicant: names and surnames, passport number, RUT, address, email and telephone.
    2. Specify the type of visa you are applying for.
    3. Specify the reason for your visit.
    4. Specify who will pay for your stay in Peru.
  2. Fill out the form provided by the Peruvian Consulate.(DGC 005)
  3. Submit the original passport (current) and a copy thereof.
  4. Copy of your country's identity card.
  5. Legalized copy of the Identity Card of Temporary Permanence in Chile.
  6. Criminal record more than three (3) months old.
  7. Hotel booking; or tour package booking; or invitation letter (any of these documents);
  8. Two (2) passport size colour photographs.
  9. Legalized copy of the Employment Contract.
  10. Copy of the last three payments received.
  11. Copy of your bank statement.
  12. Personal interview, scheduled by the Peruvian consulate.
  13. Payment of the corresponding consular fee.
Observaciones
  • The submission of the visa application and supporting documents does not guarantee automatic issuance of a visa. Each application is assessed individually by the Peruvian Consul.
